In Phase 2, OBW recruited 30 members among 179 applications. Recruitment of members followed 2 steps. First, the interested candidates sent their CVs and after careful observation, we invited 90 members for a personal interview on 5 May 2019. After the interview, we scrutinized the details & finally selected 30 members & sent them an invitation to join One Better World.
