In Phase 1, OBW recruited 20 members among 136 applications. Recruitment of members followed 2 steps. First, the interested candidates sent their CVs and after careful observation, we invited 70 members for a personal interview on 17 September 2017. After the interview, we scrutinized the details & finally selected 20 members & sent them an invitation to join One Better World.
